Alexander "br0" Bro is close to finalizing his move to Eternal Fire, according to informed sources. The Danish player's potential transfer was initially reported by Turkish outlet TRCS Topluluk.
The 24-year-old was relegated to NRG's inactive roster last month as the organization reassessed its lineup during the off-season break. His last competitive showing came at the IEM Cologne Major, where NRG suffered elimination in Stage 1 following a crushing defeat to BIG in the final Swiss round.
During his tenure with NRG, br0 posted a solid 1.09 LAN rating. He joined the North American squad in January 2025, replacing Vincent "Brehze" Cayonte. The rifler competed at three consecutive Majors in Austin, Budapest, and Cologne, though NRG failed to advance beyond the opening stage in each tournament.
The move sees br0 become Eternal Fire's second recent acquisition, joining Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol who arrived on a free transfer after his Passion UA contract expired. Both players will replace the departing Sergiy "DemQQ" Demchenko and Rigon "rigoN" Gashi.
Once the deal is completed, Eternal Fire's active lineup will feature jottAAA (on loan from Aurora), regali, MisteM, Kvem, and br0, with yT continuing as head coach. Meanwhile, imoRR and Woro2k remain on the bench.
